Coronavirus (COVID-19) information

The Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) has been closely monitoring the Government’s announcements and advice concerning COVID-19 and its management.

Whilst the vast majority of our workforce is working from home, all of our offices remain open across Australia.  CDPP prosecutors are attending court if and when required.

Our website will be updated with relevant information about the CDPP’s operations throughout the course of the pandemic.

Victims and Witnesses should see our Victims and Witnesses website and our registered partner agencies should seek additional information through the Partner Agency Portal.

Below is information which may assist you during this time.

  • For the latest Coronavirus news, updates and advice from government agencies across Australia, please see the Australian Government website www.aus.gov.au
