CDPP Audit Committee Charter

The CDPP Audit Committee has been established in compliance with section 45 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) and section 17 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule).

The committee plays an important role in supporting the governance of the CDPP, provides independent advice to the Director and assists the Director to discharge the Director’s duties and responsibilities under the PGPA Act.
