Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2024-26


The CDPP’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2024-26 is now available.

Through the implementation of the strategy, we continue our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can contribute fully and feel valued.

The strategy provides a 3-year roadmap for how we will ensure a continued focus on increasing diversity and inclusion awareness with staff, providing greater access to learning tools and resources, and seeking to increase diversity in our workforce.
