Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion is an important aspect of the CDPP—where our people strengthen our ability to provide a fair, equitable and consistent prosecution service for the Australian community.

To enable employees at the CDPP to contribute and thrive, and where employees are recognised, valued and respected, we have developed resources aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2018-2020

The Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2018 – 2020 is to deliver on its three key principles:

  • Valuing diversity and inclusion – recognise and promote the diversity of our workforce and create an environment that values both social and professional diversity.
  • Opportunities for all – create employment and development opportunities that are free from barriers
  • Knowledge and understanding – provide training and support to promote a better understanding of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and how it benefits us all.
