Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion is an important aspect of the CDPP — where our people strengthen our ability to provide a fair, equitable and consistent prosecution service for the Australian community.

To enable employees at the CDPP to contribute and thrive, and where employees are recognised, valued and respected, we have developed resources aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2021-2023

The Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2021-2023 is underpinned by three key principles:

  • Visibility - our commitment to diversity and inclusion is actively and visibly promoted.
  • Capability - our workforce is equipped with the knowledge required to embrace and embed workplace inclusion across the organisation and identify unconscious bias, addressing it, where it may exist.
  • Inclusion - we drive a consistent, supportive, and respectful approach to inclusion and seeks to create career pathways for diverse talent.
