The CDPP confirmed that a portion of the brief of evidence has been served on the parties and that the Joint Counter Terrorism Team required further time to obtain additional evidence serve the remainder of the brief of evidence. The Court extended the date for service of the brief of evidence to 10 June 2026 and adjourned the matter to that date for mention. The Court also extended the orders for the suppression of information relating to the identity of a number of victims contained in the Statement of Facts and Court Attendance Notices on the court file to 6 May 2026.
