Best Practice Guideline: Self-reporting of foreign bribery and related offending by corporations
This Guideline explains the principles and process that the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) will apply where a corporation self-reports conduct involving a suspected breach of Division 70 of the Criminal Code (Cth), bribery of foreign public officials or a related offence.
