Legal services expenditure
Section 109(1)(d) of the Legal Services Directions 2025 (the Directions) requires that, by 30 October each year, entities make publicly available records of the legal services expenditure for the previous financial year. The Directions are not intended to cover the handling of criminal prosecutions and related proceedings (see section 9 of the Directions).
